Her 2021 album, Wanted, was a high-powered salute to the western outlaw era and presented a new direction for the woman who made her name singing trucking songs, both here and in the US.
As we catch up with Jayne today, she's swapped the horses for a rusty Ford Model A pickup and a load of moonshine laced with her distinctive brand of country rock.
The title track made a mark for Jayne in late 2023 as a single featuring US rapper Colt Ford and it's a song that Jayne said she just had to record.
